How we improve this page

We keep aggregate totals on our own Cloudflare infrastructure: page requests, headline variants and enquiries. These help us understand which message is useful. A headline token is shared by everyone seeing the same variant that day; it does not identify you.

In supported regions, currently the United Kingdom, our browser measurement also counts fixed page interactions such as clicks, scroll milestones, time spent in a section, video progress and opened partner panels. These become totals rather than individual activity histories. Browser interaction measurement stays off elsewhere.

This measurement does not create visitor or session identifiers, record your screen, store mouse coordinates or capture anything you type. We do not send these statistics to advertising platforms. Aggregate statistics are retained for up to 90 days.

Your choice

You can turn optional audience measurement off below. We also respect Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and a previously saved refusal. A necessary preference cookie remembers your choice; it is not used to recognise you across websites.

When you leave your email

We use your email and the workflow details you choose to share to prepare your review and discuss your enquiry. These are held in our private Cloudflare database, separately from audience statistics. We may count a successful email enquiry against the headline displayed, but do not build a browsing history around your email. Contact us if you want your enquiry removed.

A necessary, signed cookie lasts up to 24 hours so you can finish your request and see its confirmation. It does not track you across websites. Please describe your workflow without including customer records, passwords or other confidential details.

Hosting, security and video

Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the website, including country checks and abuse prevention. This ordinary hosting and security processing is separate from optional audience measurement.

The embedded case study is provided by YouTube. Its player connects to Google and is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
